The stammer starts to become apparent about two minutes into the clip.

Now compare it to the opening sequence of the film where the future King (Colin Firth) struggles to speak in front of a large crowd.

We’re not told the date of this film clip of King George 6th.
Colin Firth’s speech is supposed to be in 1926.
The film of King George may have been ten years later after he had had lessons from Mr. Logue.
My parents used to talk about King George and how it was pitiful to listen to him struggling to speak.
