Spider-Man 3 last night

by Ambrose Heron on 19/04/2007

I saw Spider-Man 3 last night.

Spider-Man 3 tickets

I really want to write about it but there is an embargo on reviews till the week of release, so you’ll have to wait a little bit for the full analysis.

But I will say:

- The script does a terrific job of dovetailing plot lines from across the trilogy

- The action sequences and new villains make it the red hot favourite for next year’s Visual SFX Oscar

- It is more emotional than you might expect

- Venom and Sandman rock

- Box office records will be broken on May 4th

Is Venom as ridiculous as we saw in trailers (No white logo, no tongue, no teeth always esposed) or is similar to the Venom we used to see and love??

Definitely the latter. They’ve actually done a good job of keeping Venom under wraps but when you see what they do with the character I think you’ll be very impressed.

Funnily enough there is a German TV spot that has a little bit more detail of him over at Slashfilm
